What We Offer

Wellness and Vaccines
On your first visit, a technician will take a complete history of your pet’s health and a physical examination will be completed by a veterinarian. Our exam times are 30 minutes, with extended appointments available for exotic animals and complected cases.
The exam is done to ensure the health of your animal before we administer appropriate vaccines. Each vaccination protocol is tailored to your animal's needs, based on their health, age, and lifestyle.
In addition to typical vaccines your pet’s preventative treatment program may include deworming (including heartworm prevention), flea prevention, Bordetella, Leptospirosis or Lyme vaccines. Annual blood testing, including heartworm testing is recommended for dogs and feline leukemia/FIV testing for cats.
Because our animals age much faster than we do, we recommend that each pet receive an exam once a year.

Our in-house laboratory allows us to run most diagnostic tests quickly on site including chemistry, CBC, thyroid levels, urine test and fecal exams. Our microscope allows us to evaluate urine, fecals and cytological specimens as needed. If further analysis is required, we refer samples to an outside lab with results received within 24 to 48 hours.
Digital Radiography
We have a two digital x-ray systems that allows us to take images quickly and efficiently, giving immediate images for review.  We have both standard x-ray and dental x-ray units. This allows us great images to identify and diagnose problems. We’re able to show you your pet’s radiographs in the exam room so you can see what is happening.
Surgical Services
Our state-of-the-art surgical suite provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures both routine and not.
We utilize the safest available anesthetics to provide an extra margin of safety, especially for our older or high-risk patients. Using the most modern equipment, the patient's vital signs are monitored during all anesthetic procedures.
We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos, flea and tick control products and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet. When customized doses are required, especially for rabbits, rats and other small animals, or special flavors are needed a fussy eater, we can have medications compounded by an outside pharmacy. We also carry a full line of prescription diets.
Our dental services include teeth cleaning and polishing, digital dental X-rays, tooth extractions and minor oral surgery.
